  2. Real Estate Agent Finds You a House Based On Your Pre-Qualification
  3. Sign the Purchase Contract with Your Real Estate Agent
  4. Submit Loan to Underwriting
  5. Order Your Appraisal
  6. Give the Underwriter Whatever They Ask For to Get Your Loan Closed
  7. Once Underwriter Gives Final Approval (Clear-To-Close), Go to the Title Company and Get the Keys to Your New Home
